By downloading, installing, or using Focus One ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Focus One is a productivity application designed to help users focus on one task at a time. The App includes both free features and premium features available through Focus One Pro subscription.
The App may store data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any data stored within the App.
Focus One Pro is an optional subscription service that provides access to premium features including:
We may offer a free trial period for Focus One Pro. You will not be charged during the free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store account. Payment will be charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their standard refund policy. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Focus One and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
Focus One is a productivity tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, including ADHD. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
